There is a poor man’s method for producing a photo mosaic. It's nowhere near the wow factor that a true mosaic is, but it's still pretty darn cool and easy to do. Some companies out there will charge you for this, I'll show you how to do it for free.

In this tutorial we're going to learn how to make a landscape from scratch in photoshop CS3... The use of a graphic tablet is required. Skill level is medium. The main tools used in this tutorial are the gradient tool and the smudge tool. Using the smudge tool you can achieve amazing realistic results. Let's get started!
