Finally a colorful Vista theme! I love colorful designs because working all day can sometimes get boring and coming to your desktop and seeing a colorful theme makes your day more enjoyable. As promise, I am going to release my very own icons. This is the icons I created for LoonDesign redesign. I like them very much and I like sharing. I decided to release in vector format. So, you will find a .ai and a .eps within the zip file.

Every month I give you a new Calendar Wallpaper. The idea behind the monthly calendar wallpaper series is that you don’t have to open a program to find out what day/date it is. Just look at your desktop et voila. Furthermore the wallpapers should inspire you. Looking at the same image over and over again is not very inspiring. Hence having a new wallpaper every month should get your creative juices flowing. Since it’s Christmas season and it’s all about giving I decided to go the extra mile and prepare two different versions. The December 08 Wallpaper comes in blue and orange. As always you also have the chance to download non-calendar versions of the wallpapers (entitled “Stellar Storms”) in case you want to use it at a later time. That is not all though. For the first time ever I included iPhone versions as well. Now you’re probably wondering what resolutions are available.

As a web designer, at one time or another, you are going to need these. Either when presenting your work to a client, or working on a high resolution monitor; adding a browser frame around your design will help you (another others) get an idea of what the site will really look like. Yes I know, anyone with basic photoshop skills can make these, but I found myself remaking these templates for every project I worked on. So what I’ve done is created a .PSD file with three different browser resolutions; all with easily editable titles, address bars, scrollbars, and favicons. Just open the PSD and place the layers on top of the design you are working on, and voila! There are many of these browser templates out there, but most of them are designed using IE5 or IE6 templates, I figured your browser frame should be as beautiful as your design so I’ve based this template on Firefox 3 (OS X).
